The airport has experienced an increase in travel this autumn, along with general challenges associated with growth. One significant grievance raised by travelers is the presence of lengthy and sluggish security queues.

According to DIA, the upcoming news checkpoint will feature 17 lanes equipped with advanced technology, allowing it to handle twice the number of passengers as the existing checkpoints.
