Last week, over 75,000 union workers, with approximately 3,000 based in Colorado, engaged in a three-day picket. This collective action extended to various states including California, Washington, Oregon, Virginia, and the nation’s capital.
Their demands included improved compensation and benefits, as well as a lasting resolution for addressing the lack of staff.
A Facebook post on Friday morning by the union announced the achievement of a tentative deal.
