Beginning involving Banana soccer ball
The success of the “make-baseball-fun-again” movement means that this season will be entirely devoted to Banana ball, allowing more fans to experience the phenomenon that has swept social media and the sports world. It is the culmination of Cole’s vision since he introduced the Banana brand in 2015 after the Savannah Sand Gnats left town.
He sought to redefine baseball as a spectacle of pure entertainment, part P.T. Barnum, part athletic prowess. With the Savannah Bananas going full-Banana ball, 33 cities will now get to see firsthand what has set social media feeds on fire. It is a showcase of a fun-first mentality and the ability to bring an improbable brand to enthusiastic fans across the country.
