Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa is set to unveil its newest fine dining concept this month. The property announced the launch of B Prime, a stylish steakhouse concept created by parent company MGM Resorts International.
B Prime is scheduled to open on Wednesday, June 3, more than a week from now. The executive chef leading the restaurant will be Howard Stilianessis.
The new establishment aims to provide an immersive and engaging dining experience for guests. Anthony Caratozzolo, Borgata’s Vice President of Hospitality, describes B Prime as a “modern reinterpretation of the classic steakhouse.”
“With tableside presentations, high-quality cuts of beef, and a wide selection of beverages, the restaurant will offer guests a vibrant culinary experience from the moment they arrive until the end of their evening,” Caratozzolo said.
B Key taking over Bobby Flay place
Let’s flashback to the summer of 2021 when news emerged about the closure of Bobby Flay Steak, the celebrity chef’s concept that originally opened in 2006. The popular restaurant has remained vacant since September. It’s no surprise that Borgata is filling the vacancy just in time for the busy Fourth of July weekend.
The new restaurant, C Prime, is located on the casino floor, just steps away from the parking lot entrance and the BetMGM Sportsbook & Bar. While Flay is returning to Atlantic City, his new concept will be more casual. Bobby’s Burgers is set to open at Harrah’s Atlantic City this summer.
Following the addition of American Bar & Grill last year around the same time, C Prime continues to expand the dining options at Borgata. The one-year celebration lunch is taking place at noon on Saturday and deals can be found on the Borgata website.
