Fanatics Sportsbook is now live in Massachusetts, at least in its beta version. Not every interested gambler in Massachusetts will have immediate access. Existing Fanatics customers will get first access.
So, for those who can’t see it, how does the app look? What’s the color scheme?
Luckily, Fanatics Sportsbook Massachusetts provided PlayMA with a screenshot.
As you can see, Fanatics opts for a sleek, clean, black-and-white color scheme with a prominent “Promos” section easily accessible at all times. You’ll still be able to see how much money you have in the upper-right-hand corner, and you’ll also be able to see how many bonus bets you have—that figure will be in green.
Fanatics introduced in MUM on Thurs night
Fanatics Sportsbook launched in Massachusetts (its beta version) on Thursday.
Existing Fanatics customers who are eligible to bet are receiving an invitation with a link to sign up for the app. Gamblers who aren’t current customers can download the iOS or Android app and join a waitlist.
Fanatics also announced its Massachusetts betting sign-up bonus for new customers on the beta version: $100 in bonus bets after placing a bet of $5 or more. Terms and conditions apply.
Lovers relying on items customers
Fanatics will rely heavily on its existing list of customers from its products and clothing business in order to quickly build a list of betting customers.
It attempted to leverage that product power in Ohio by offering apparel customers bonus bets equal to the amount of a specific product or clothing purchase. However, Ohio quickly asked Fanatics to cease offering that promotion. Additionally, a Fanatics Sportsbook spokesperson informed PlayMA that Fanatics will not be offering that product bonus offer in Massachusetts.
Fanatics has become a household name as the most dominant player in the sports apparel and merchandise space. Now, it will aim to capture a significant chunk of the sports betting market.
